Shipping	All items will go UPS when possible. Large pieces will go by truck. We always ship via the safest, quickest and least expensive carrier available. Contact us for further information.
Damage	In case of damage, please notifiy the *CARRIER* immediately.
Exchange	We offer exchanges for 15 days ONLY and only if pieces have not been used (no bolt scars, marks, etc.).
Returns	All sales are final and parts may be returned ONLY with prior written consent. Returns are subject to a minimum of 20% handling charge & you pay the freight. NOTE: Returns and exchanges will not be authorizied without prior written consent and they must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Prices	We do our best to keep our prices reasonable, but reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Back Orders	Orders or portions of orders for parts temporarily out of suppply will be held on Back Order. Orders are shipped as soon as available. If the period of time is to exceed 45 days, we will refund that portion of the payment.
Freight	Contact us for shipping information for oversized pieces.
Payment	We accept: Certified Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
Liability	Neither manufacturer nor seller shall be liable, in any way, for damage, loss, injury, or other claims resulting from teh use, misuse, or inability to use any of our products. Buyer or User assumes all liabilities connected with the application of our products. The foregoing is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied. The manufacturer and sellers single obligation shall be to replace whatever parts prove defective and at their sole discretion.
Fitting	Our parts have been checked for fit here, at the plant, and by our customers. The molds have all been taken from original cars. If you are having problems iwth fit it could be: your car has been damaged causing frame or panel misalignment which, if repaired, may have been done improperly such as adding on pieces or reforming it to fit because of human labor involved during the early years of production, cars right off the assembly line required hand crafting. Very few original Ford fenders will directly bolt up to another steel bodied Ford without considerable fitting adjustments. The same results can be expected of fiberglass where molds are from original parts because fiberglass is curing for months after it is made, the parts tend to conform to the shape of its resting place. The sooner the part can be installed, the better. Normally a heat lamp, sun or non-flame heat can be applied to make it flexible enough to regain its correct shape.
